Goran’s work spans acting, directing, producing, film development, production, distribution, and business affairs. He has written, produced, and directed documentaries including Babylon and Light Painting. Light Painting premiered on Serbian National Television (RTS) on October 18, 2014.
Goran currently serves as Executive Producer of Sleep No More – The Director’s Cut, directed by Antonia Bogdanovich and starring Rebecca Romijn, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, and Luke Kleintank. The film premiered at the Festival de Cannes in 2024, following its official preview at the Rome International Film Festival in Rome, Georgia, in 2023.
In 2012, Goran founded GM Films, an independent production company based in Los Angeles. He is also the founder of Cinesomnia, an independent film streaming platform and marketplace connecting filmmakers, audiences, and industry buyers. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Moving Stories Theater in Chicago, where he served as Artistic Director and directed numerous stage productions and documentaries.
Goran is also passionate about music and has released his single Artwork, available on major digital music platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon Music, and Pandora.
Throughout his career, Goran has collaborated with filmmakers and creative professionals across the United States and Europe. His work has been featured in publications including the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Reader, Time Out Chicago, and VoyageLA.
Based in Los Angeles, Goran continues to develop and produce original film, television, theatre, music, and digital media projects through his creative and entrepreneurial ventures.
